Life Coaching
One-on-one sessions are 60-90 minutes long. They provide the most immediate path to growth by allowing us to create a relationship and get at the heart of your motivations as well as your challenges. Sessions are personalized according to each clients specific goals!
Different clients require different amounts of times to see growth or change. A minimum 6 session commitment is the place I suggest to start at.
Ongoing Weekly Sessions
If you decide life coaching is something you would like to keep in your life, then "weekly sessions" is the way to go.
Individual Power Sessions
Includes one session
If you’re looking for a quick pick me up (or just want to go 1 by 1), focusing on something very specific, or one session is what time and budget allow, this can be a good choice for you. Whether for goal setting, brainstorming, or exploring, one session is better than none!
Maintenance
If we’ve worked together and you are ready to move into maintenance mode, we change from weekly sessions to bi-monthly sessions!
